2. Before formal use, try to work for about 5 minutes and control the speed at about 500 revolutions per minute. When the machine tool enters formal work, if it meets the demand of high-speed work, it can reduce the cutting amount and process several times more to reduce the wear degree of the side milling head, which is conducive to increasing the service life of the side milling head and minimizing the continuous processing of high-speed for a long time;
3. When processing, it is necessary to distinguish the involved processing planes. If G17, G18 and G19 are used, remember to add them when programming. If not, it is easy to hit the knife. When some cycles are needed, such as drilling cycle, the safe height inside is related to the processing plane. When processing the side shampoo, pay attention to distinguish the direction of the main shaft to avoid mistakes.
4. When the milling head adopts non-contact oil seal, if cooling water is used in the processing process, it shall be operated before spraying water, and the nozzle direction of cooling water shall be adjusted to spray water towards the tool, so as not to make the cooling water penetrate into the body and affect the service life.
In addition, it should be noted that before each processing, the appropriate speed and feed should be selected first, and the depth cutting operation should be adjusted in a gradual way, so it is not suitable to obtain great processing efficiency quickly. When processing the standard milling head, try to avoid materials that are easy to produce dust and particles, such as stone mill, carbon, magnesium and other composite materials.
